About
I started as a professional dancer and choreographer. For several years I worked on So You Think You Can Dance — the biggest dance competition show in Belgium and the Netherlands — creating around 20 choreographies that aired every Sunday to 1.5 million viewers. Full creative ownership: concept, direction, costume, music, staging, press.
That work taught me something most strategists never learn in a classroom. How to create under real pressure, how to read a room, and how to make something genuinely land.
From there I moved into entrepreneurship. I built Raised by the Beat, a dance school network, and Dance Radar, a two-sided marketplace connecting studios and teachers, from concept to launch with 100 beta testers.
Today I put all of that into one thing: helping leaders and mission-driven organizations design experiences that make their ideas land and move people.
That has looked like a €500,000 educational series for The Argonauts, led by the director of the BBC film Planet Earth. The rebrand of The Emergence Room. Building the personal brand of Thomas Heissmeier, an AI thought leader arguing for a sovereign European AI. And directing four music videos at once for Sony Music and Warner Music France.
The through-line: I take what is already there — the real story, the real expertise, the real vision — and build the creative system that makes it impossible to ignore.

Working with The Argonauts — led by the director of the BBC film Planet Earth — I developed and produced six full educational series for an audience of high-level CEOs and industry leaders. Each series had to balance accessibility with intellectual rigor for one of the most discerning audiences you can face.
The breakthrough: multi-purpose productions — a content ladder that turned every live event into a full ecosystem. Live sessions became video podcasts, which became YouTube videos, which became short-form content that pulled people back in.
I built the entire Notion production system from scratch, led both internal teams and external talent, and designed the workflows that let a team new to media production operate independently from start to finish.
I led the rebrand, creative direction, and full content strategy for The Emergence Room — a series about navigating difficult life experiences and becoming a more conscious leader. Editing session structure, defining tone and visual identity, training the hosts, and building scalable production workflows.
This required a different kind of storytelling: authentic, human, and rooted in transformation without feeling preachy or performative.
I helped Arthur Davis — a seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor — build his personal brand and the brand for Altimist, a Web3 financial platform designed to empower individuals and challenge traditional banking.
I built Arthur’s complete home studio setup, trained him on camera, developed scripts and templates, handled sound design, and created the full content strategy. Plus the company website and a waitlist strategy that turned awareness into a pipeline before launch.

I built Thomas Heissmeier’s entire personal brand from scratch. Thomas is an AI thought leader arguing for a sovereign European AI ecosystem — his brand needed to reflect that without sounding like every other AI strategist on LinkedIn.
What nobody could have guessed: before AI, Thomas was a hip-hop DJ. I went back to that past deliberately. The logo came from the word Heis (German for hot), and the visual language referenced 90s basketball culture — Spike Lee, Michael Jordan. Clean, high-level, polished, with an edge.
Results: 100% increase in impressions, consistent follower growth, podcast bookings, quoted at AI conferences.
